Shipping policy

TURNING POINT STUDIOS SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of order placement. Expect an email within 24-48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

ORDER TRACKING:

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to monitor the status and location of the shipment. Turning Point Studios will provide instructions on how to track shipment.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free Shipping is available on orders totaling $150 (Pre-Tax).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time, we do not ship Internationally.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at visitturning.studios@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
